Objectives: To increase awareness of identity fraud and to alert your staff to new
threats and issues as they emerge in the UK. We will demonstrate how staff can
quickly identify potentially forged documents presented by new customers as part
of initial account opening procedures. IFS is in regular contact with all UK security
agencies - including UK Border Agency and police plus many foreign embassies -
so the latest and most up-to-date fraud intelligence will always be available to you.

> Full day multimedia presentation to equip up to 10 staff with essential IF skills: £1,500 + travel costs
> Optional six monthly reinforcement half day presentation (also covering new developments): £1,000 + travel
costs. The above prices assume the client has a suitable training room available otherwise the cost of a
venue and refreshments will be added at cost. (Discounts available if both sessions booked together).
> Vetting potentially fraudulent identity documents: £10 per document (minimum prepayment 100 documents)
> At no extra charge IFS will access an extensive network of contacts on your behalf (security services, police,
embassies etc).
